"Yes, you read that correctly, we have never charged Letting Fees! That's right and due to new legislation it is now illegal for any Property Management company to charge a letting fee to a tenant.

What does this mean for you? Property Management Companies are on charging a fee to owners for letting their property, sometimes it can be as high as $500 extra. As we have never relied on letting fees in the past to rent your property our fee structure will remain the same with no added fees to you.

So…. We do not charge letting fees at all, not to tenants or owners.
