No Letting Fees

Yes, you read that correctly, we have never charged Letting Fees! That's right and due to new legislation it is now illegal for any Property Management company to charge a letting fee to a tenant. What does this mean for you? Property Management Companies are on charging a fee to owners for letting their property, sometimes it can be as high as $500 extra. As we have never relied on letting fees in the past to rent your property our fee structure will remain the same with no added fees to you.

The Fine Print

The Good Girls is locally owned and operated; we know this town, and we want you to be able to sit back and enjoy watching the dollars roll in. And we take everything personally - if you're not happy, we're not happy! Our standard fees are 9% and we aim to give you REAL value for money (and don't forget, our fee is tax deductible). The Good Girls also operate a company trust account to keep your money safe and sound-did you know that not all property management companies do this???
